What is yoga?

Yoga is the union of body, mind and soul and an ancient practice. By moving our body and focusing on our breath, our practice becomes a moving meditation and brings peace and calm to the body and mind.

How do I book classes?

You can purchase a single, multi-class pass or membership here. You will then be able to sign-in and view our timetable, where you can book any class you like. Bookings must be made 1-hour in advance of the class start time.

Is it ok if I've never done yoga before?

Of course! We would recommend taking our Beginners Class if you've never done yoga before. This will guide you slowly through all the different postures. We provide mats and blocks, free-of-charge, and also have changing rooms.

How do I get there?

We are really central and located in Edinburgh's West End; directions here. Our address is 16 Canning Street, Edinburgh EH3 8EG. We are an 8-minute walk from Haymarket Train Station, 7-minute walk from Princes Street and a 3-minute walk from Shandwick Place. There are lots of buses and trams that stop on Shandwick Place, which is just behind the studio. There is limited on-street paid parking right outside the studio.

What's your cancellation policy?

For drop-in classes, we operate a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you can cancel within 12 hours, you will lose your class credit. See our full terms and conditions here.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made online or in-studio. See our full terms and conditions here.

What do I need to bring? What should I wear?

We provide yoga mats and equipment, free-of-charge. Please bring a bottle with you as we have a water fountain. If you are doing Hot Yoga, make sure you bring a towel as your mat can get slippy. Wear light, airy and comfortable clothes like leggings and a t-shirt. You will have bare feet so don't worry about trainers.
