Monthly Women's Circle
Last Saturday of the month

Hosted by the incredible Lynette Gray and Kate Cohen, join us for our monthly Women's Circle. Each month we explore a different theme helping us connect to ourselves and each other. Expect a magical evening of intention setting, sharing, listening, Yoga & guided meditation in our beautiful studio. Fri-Yay Veeno Vinyasa with Katie Flora
Every Friday at 6pm 

Join our wonderful teacher Katie and kick start your weekend with us! Enjoy a dreamy yoga flow class followed by a glass of wine included in the cost of the class! 30 hr Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release Teacher Training

100hr & 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings from Banjaara School of Yoga & Ayuverda in India

We are so delighted to welcome Mhadura and Jose from Banjaara School of Yoga to Edinburgh. They will be bring their 100&200hr teacher trainings exclusively to our studio in Jan-March 2019.  These trainings are a beautiful blend of traditional Indian teachings with a western approach. Lets talk about loss
Healing circle for women

This series of events will offer a safe space for us to talk woman to woman, mother to mother, about life after baby loss.

Whether you‘ve experienced stillbirth, miscarriage, neonatal or pregnancy loss, all are welcome. During each session we will take the time to honour and remember all babies, to talk about our lives and aspects of our mental health, before finishing with a gentle yoga session if you wish to take part.
